Q. Why do I get a shipping error when trying to check out?

A. The shipment for Canada has not arrived to our Canadian warehouse yet. It is still en route from the port in Vancouver and we expect it to arrive at our warehouse the week of June 13-17. Once the shipment arrives to the fulfillment center in Canada you will be able to complete your purchase from our website. Canada has their own fulfillment center and inventory of products. If you live in a country other than Canada and are getting the shipping error, please contact support.

Q. Where can I find printable gun cards, skill sheets and character sheets?

A. They are available here on the website. Hover over ‘Products’ and click ‘Downloads’.

Q. Will there be a PDF version of the Sourcebook available?

A. We will be offering a pdf of the Sourcebook in the future. If you are subscribed to the newsletter you will be notified when this becomes available. Be sure to keep an eye on our socials for all announcements for B&B!

Q. I didn’t get my order in before Pre-Orders were closed, will it be available again?

A. Once all of the pre orders have shipped out, there will be a limited supply of the Deluxe edition available on our store while supplies last. Keep an eye on our website and our socials for future announcements.

Q. I have moved since I placed my pre-order, how can I update my shipping address?

A. If you need to change the address for your pre order, please email support@nerdvanastudios.com. Changing the default address on your account will not change the shipping address for pre-ordered items.

Q. I have questions about Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Treasure Trove, can you help?

A. The Treasure Trove is being released and distributed through Gearbox, we simply provided the module. For any questions or concerns about that item, please contact gearbox customer support.
