UK-The UK Shipment arrived at our UK fulfillment center earlier today!! This means, if you live in the UK, your orders will begin shipping NEXT WEEK and since its shipping from our warehouse within the UK you will receive it SUPER FAST. Make it raaaaaainn!!
China-The games have arrived and are stocked at the CN fulfillment center. This center services all other countries where we don’t have fulfillment centers. (If you are slotted to ship from this warehouse and didn’t add a phone number to your order, you should have gotten an email requesting a phone number as the shipper needs this to ship your game. Make sure to check your spam!) As we get the necessary contact info, your game will ship out immediately. [huge explosion]
US-The US Shipment is still anchored and waiting to unload off the coast of California. We have been held up by the massive backups at the Long Beach port in California for 2 weeks. We are keeping our fingers crossed that it will be in line to unload any day now. When it does, its just a short trip to our US fulfillment center in California and from there it will shipped to all the US customers. If you are a vessel tracking nerd, our ship is the CMA CGM JULES VERNE. You can follow along at marinetraffic.com.
Poland-Products are ready to be shipped for EU and RU customers to our Fulfillment center in Poland, we are awaiting EORI approval from the tax office to proceed. We will update as soon as we receive information, we expect to receive approval within the next week. Collective finger crossing appreciated!
Canada-The vessel has been booked and is awaiting GST/BN registration approval from the CA tax office to depart. We will update as we receive information. We are nearing the end of the time frame we received for registration, so we hope that approval will arrive soon! Ship date TBD.
Australia-Products are ready to be shipped to AU and NZ customers. Still awaiting GST registration approval from the tax office. Will update as we receive information, ship date TBD. We hope to hear back very soon and get these games moving for all of our friends down under!
