United States-ARE YOU READY TO PARTAAAAY? The US Shipment has arrived at the fulfillment center and most of the Deluxe copies have shipped out. We realize that some of the orders have been pending for a few days, this is due to a limit by FedEx on the number of packages they will pick up per location per day, and the fact that it is holiday shipping time so they are extremely busy. We promise your order is not lost, and your tracking and delivery date will update as soon as FedEx picks them up. The individual Sourcebook orders are slightly behind the Deluxe orders, as they were on a different vessel coming into the US. Those tracking numbers will also be sent soon. We know everyone is excited, and you have waited SOO long to get this amazing game, but please remember that the center has thousands AND THOUSANDS of games to ship out to US customers. We ask that you please be patient and DO NOT email support about the status of orders until they have had a bit more time to ship them out. You will receive tracking information if you provided your email when ordering. **If you placed your order when sales re-opened, please remember that those orders will not ship until all of our pre orders have shipped. Australia– Oohh daaaayyum, we have some good news for our friends Down Under! The AU shipment is aboard the vessel known as Tian Shun HE and is en route to Australia! As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse in Australia and pre orders start going out, sales for AU and NZ will reopen for everyone who missed the pre order. ETA tbd!
United Kingdom-The UK fulfillment center should have completed all pre order shipments, and regular orders are starting to ship out. If you have not gotten your pre-order, please contact support. Make it raaaaaainn!!
Europe-Hey Vault Hunters!! EORI approval is in and the EU shipment is currently chugging along aboard the OOCL Hong Kong. [huge explosion] As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse in Poland and pre orders start going out, sales for the EU will reopen for everyone who missed the pre order. ETA tbd!
China-The games have arrived and are stocked at the CN fulfillment center. This center services all other countries where we don’t have fulfillment centers. (If you live in Japan, Mexico or Singapore and didn’t add a phone number to your order, please send your phone number to support@nerdvanagames.com) As we get the necessary contact info, your game will ship out immediately.
Canada-We are still awaiting GST/BN registration approval from the CA tax office to ship. They also have a backlog of registrations and unfortunately are taking much longer than usual. We hope that our approval will arrive soon so we can get this game shipped for all of our adventurers in the Great White North! Collective finger crossing encouraged! Ship date TBD.
