Australia– We have some good news for our friends Down Under! The AU shipment has FINALLY arrived at the warehouse in Australia and pre orders will begin shipping out tomorrow for AU and NZ! Make it raaaaaainn!! As soon as the pre orders start going out, sales for AU and NZ will reopen for everyone who missed the pre order. We ask that you please be patient and DO NOT email support about order status until our rockstars at the fulfillment center have had a bit of time to ship them out. You will receive tracking information if you provided your email when you placed your order.
Europe-Hey Vault Hunters!! The EU shipment is still currently en route aboard the vessel OOCL Hong Kong. Such a long journey! If you are a vessel tracking nerd, you can follow along at marinetraffic.com. As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse in Poland and pre orders start going out, sales will reopen for everyone in the EU who missed the pre order. The shipment is estimated to hit the port in mid January. SO CLOSE! [huge explosion]
US-The US still has some Deluxe editions available for purchase, as well as plenty of Sourcebooks! There are a limited number of Deluxe editions remaining at the US warehouse, so get your orders in now!

China-The games are stocked at the CN fulfillment center. This center services all other countries where we don’t have fulfillment centers. If you live in a country where we do not have a fulfillment center and are getting a shipping error upon checkout, please contact support.
Canada-We are STILL waiting on our GST/BN approval from the CA tax office. They apparently still have a backlog and are taking much longer than usual to approve. We promise we are checking daily, but they don’t seem at all intimidated by our threats of Phaselocking them. Honestly, it’s probably Claptraps fault. The good news is, once we are approved, getting our games into Canada in the future will be a breeze! *If you are getting a shipping error while trying to check out , it is because we have no stock in CA yet. As soon as the shipment arrives and pre orders go out, you will be able to complete your purchase.
