Greetings!
As you may be aware, the vessel that was carrying the B&B shipment to our Canadian warehouse was held up and is very behind the original schedule that we shared. We are sorry for the delay in updating, we were waiting on the freight company to update us so that we had some accurate information to share with you. The Seaspan Amazon was not able to unload at the Vancouver port until May 25th due to a backup of container ships at the port. The cargo was finally released today, and moved to the outbound rail station in Vancouver. It is now going through customs clearance and once approved, will be transported by rail to Toronto. The ETA from Vancouver to the Toronto rail ramp is estimated for June 8th. From there a truck will collect the shipment and deliver to our warehouse which is also located in Toronto. Once it arrives at the warehouse and is stocked, we will ship out Pre-Orders and then sales for the rest of Canada will open up for anyone who missed the Pre-Order sale. We are now estimating the shipment will arrive at our warehouse the week of June 13-17. (collective finger crossing appreciated)
Thank you again for your continued patience and support. We realize that it is extremely frustrating for those of you trying to order, and especially for those of you who Pre Ordered, but we promise we are doing everything we possibly can to get this loot delivered to your door asap. Freight, shipping and supply chain are all very unpredictable right now, and unfortunately, are still often experiencing lengthy delays. BUT, we are on the last leg of the journey now, B&B has finally made it onto Canadian soil, so expect to have your copy in hand very, very soon!
If you have an address change, now is the time to send an email to support@nerdvanastudios.com with your order number, the new address and a shipping phone number. Please be aware, changing the default address on your Nerdvana account will change the address for future orders, but it will NOT change the shipping address for Pre-Ordered items.
All of our fulfillment centers in US, UK, AU, EU and CN still have some Deluxe editions available for purchase, as well as plenty of Sourcebooks and Tiny Tinas Robot Tea Party games! There are a limited number of Deluxe editions remaining so get your orders in now!
