Hey Badasses, we have just gotten an update from our freight carrier. It seems that the vessel that is carrying the B&B shipment to our Canadian warehouse was held up at another port and is behind schedule. The Seaspan Amazon is now expected to arrive at the port in Vancouver between May 5-10. If you are a vessel tracking nerd, you can follow your B&B treasure along its path on marinetraffic.com. Once it reaches the port and passes through customs, it will move to our Fulfillment Center in Toronto. From there, our hardworking Canadian partners will first ship out Pre-Orders and then sales for the rest of Canada will open up for anyone who missed the Pre-Order. Thank you for your patience and support, we know that these delays are frustrating, but unfortunatley, freight, shipping and supply chain are all still being affected by the pandemic so it is very unpredictable. If you have an address change, now is the time to send an email to support@nerdvanastudios.com with your order number, the new address and a shipping phone number. Please be aware, changing the default address on your Nerdvana account will change the address for future orders, but it will NOT change the shipping address for Pre-Ordered items.
All EU Pre-Orders should have shipped. If you have not received your item or tracking for your EU pre-order, please email support.
All of our fulfillment centers in US, UK, AU, EU and CN still have some Deluxe editions available for purchase, as well as plenty of Sourcebooks and Tiny Tinas Robot Tea Party games! There are a limited number of Deluxe editions remaining so get your orders in now!
