The US Shipment has arrived at the fulfillment center and will begin shipping out immediately!! We know everyone is excited, and you have waited SOO long to get this amazing game, but please remember that the center has thousands of games to ship out to US customers. We ask that you please be patient and don’t email support about the status of orders until they have had some time to ship them out. You will receive tracking information if you provided your email when ordering. Gather your badasses, its TIME. Australia– Oohh daaaayyum, we have some good news for our friends Down Under! Our GST registration has been approved by the tax office and the vessel for the AU shipment is currently being booked. We will share vessel information just as soon as we receive it from the carrier. [huge explosion] United Kingdom-The UK fulfillment center had a few hiccups, but these have been sorted and the shipments are starting to go out again. If you have not yet received your game, you should be receiving updated tracking within the next few days. Make it raaaaaainn!! Europe-Products are ready to be shipped for EU and RU customers to our Fulfillment center in Poland. Unfortunately we are still awaiting EORI approval from the tax office to proceed. We will update as soon as we receive information. Apparently there is a huge backlog at the tax office, but we are checking every day for our approval! Collective finger crossing appreciated! China-The games have arrived and are stocked at the CN fulfillment center. This center services all other countries where we don’t have fulfillment centers. (If you live in Japan, Mexico or Singapore and didn’t add a phone number to your order, please send your phone number to support@nerdvanagames.com) As we get the necessary contact info, your game will ship out immediately. Canada-We are still awaiting GST/BN registration approval from the CA tax office to ship. They also have a backlog of registrations and unfortunately are taking much longer than usual. We hope that our approval will arrive soon so we can get this game shipped for all of our adventurers in the Great White North! Ship date TBD.
