Europe– What is better than chocolate chip cookies? The news that our EU shipment has FINALLY gotten through customs and is on the way to the warehouse in Poland! Make it raaaaaainn!! As soon as those trucks drop this badass treasure off at our fulfillment center, the pre orders will begin to ship out! Keep an eye on your email for tracking information. If you have not added a shipping phone number to your account, it may be a good idea to log in and add it, as some carriers require a phone number to deliver. As a side note, we have reopened sales for everyone in the EU who missed the pre order, but please be aware that processing may take a few extra days, due to the pre orders that need to ship out first. We ask that everyone please be patient and DO NOT email support about order or shipping status of either pre orders or new orders until our partners at the fulfillment center have had a bit of time to get these processed, packaged and shipped out. We promise, your order is coming!
Canada- I wish we had better news to share about our GST registration approval for Canada. We have been assured that there is a call this week to inform us of our status, so we are keeping our fingers crossed that this is it! We will of course update you the minute we get some news! This shipment for the fulfillment center in Canada is ready to go and just waiting on the tax office to assign our number. Keep in mind, the inventory heading to Canada is being reserved specifically for Canadian orders, so you don’t need to worry about it selling out to other regions before you have a chance to order. *If you are getting a shipping error while trying to check out , it is because we have no stock in CA yet. As soon as the shipment arrives and pre orders go out, you will be able to complete your purchase. Hang in there Canadian friends!
All of our other centers in US, UK, AU and CN still have some Deluxe editions available for purchase, as well as plenty of Sourcebooks! There are a limited number of Deluxe editions remaining so get your orders in now!
